AB5 pertains to the codification of the Dynamex decision into law. As AB5 will directly impact Mortgage Field Services in the State of California specifically, and potentially nationwide, they have granted us permission to publish their Report. It was authored by Bruce Sarchet, Michael Lotito, William Hays Weissman, Patrick Stokes, Sophia Behnia, Stephen Melnick, Jacqueline Kalk, Tammy McCutchen, Alex MacDonald, Michael Pedhirney, and Jim Paretti.
