What is IAFST?
The International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST is the singular organization in the country where professionals interested in all aspects of Labor and Management relations, within the Mortgage Field Services Industry, network to share ideas and learn about new developments, issues, and practices in the field. Founded in 2016 and pending an IRS 501(c)(3) Trade Association designation, IAFST provides a unique forum where the views of representatives of labor, management, government and academics, advocates and neutrals are welcome.
Today, IAFST constituencies include professionals in the areas of academic research and education, compensation and benefits, human resources, labor and employment law, labor and management resources, labor markets and economics, public policy, all in conjunction with training and development.
Membership includes subscriptions to a number of publications, advance information and discounts on meetings, and many other opportunities to meet the leaders in our field and share ideas through participating in industry councils and interest sections. Join our professional community and become part of the dialog to share the workplace of the future.
Industry Councils represent a bold new initiative for the IAFST, building on a long tradition of industry-focused analysis and publications by the Association.
Each year IAFST publishes a wealth of information and insight into the field of industrial relations and human resources. IAFST publications are available to members for free and to the general public in the form of White Papers.
Annual Meeting Proceedings
Papers presented at the IAFST annual meeting are also published online as the Annual Meeting Proceedings, and are posted on the IAFST website in html and .pdf formats, allowing searches and quality printing. These volumes enable the entire membership to share in the ideas and discussions of timely topics.
Published four times a year, the IAFST Newsletter will keep you informed on chapter news, national and international meetings, IAFST events and programs, new publications, job openings, and publishing opportunities. Newsletters are mailed each March, June, September, and December and posted on the web in html and .pdf formats for member access.

Network at Meetings
As an IAFST member, you are invited to attend the IAFST Annual Meeting where you will meet with colleagues and members of the 50+ local chapters, and hear educational presentations from academic and practitioner leaders in your field.
